Former President of Ghana, John Mahama has shared photos on social media on how he together with his family celebrated the Boxing Day which was 26th December, 2020.
According to him, it has been the tradition of his family to travel to Bole, their hometown to celebrate this special day.
And this year 2020 wasn’t an exception.
In the photos posted, one can see his sons and daughter. However, the woman of the house, Lordina Mahama was missing.
“I returned to my hometown with my children to celebrate Boxing Day with the children of Bole. Together, we enjoyed our annual Christmas meal. This has been a tradition for many years, and one that my family and I always look forward to.
My people have always welcomed me back home with prayers and an outpouring of love, since my days as their Member of Parliament. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”, Mahama wrote.
