Does this mean that all that his witnesses have to say is dependent on what the EC has to say? Then on what basis did they come to Court? Yet, he has filed frivolous applications that have no basis in law, intended to the hearing of the petition.

A complete abuse of the Court’s processes. Today, the Court will hear all these applications and it’s my prayer that the Court comes down heavily on him for completely disregarding the orders of the Court.”
