US-based Ghanaian social media sensation, Twene Jonas, has spoken on the post-election controversies where the NDC is accusing the Electoral commission of cheating them in both presidential and parliamentary elections in favour of NPP.
In his submission, Jonas said if the NDC feels cheated, they should head to court. But, he strongly believes the reason why Mahama doesn’t want to go to court is because they know very well that the court is corrupt and at the end of the day, NPP would win the case.
Jonas cited an example that in 2012 elections when NPP also accused NDC of rigging the elections, at the end of the day, Mahama won.
So Mahama is well aware of how the court system doesn’t judge cases fairly.
