“It happened yesterday around 8pm. He was mistakenly identified as a kidnapper.
He was spotted with a baby boy who is just about 8 months old. He was drunk while spotted with the baby, unknowingly that it was his own child”

This is totally unacceptable. Ghana police must investigate this with immediate effect.
