Marry for love and purpose, not because your colleagues are getting married

Marry for love and purpose. I once met a lady who told me vividly that she’s a career lady and she wishes to marry a career man, a man working with the federal government or in any of these private or public firms. I told her I wasn’t going in that direction, I’m a minister…

Marry for love and purpose.

I once met a lady who told me vividly that she’s a career lady and she wishes to marry a career man, a man working with the federal government or in any of these private or public firms.

I told her I wasn’t going in that direction, I’m a minister and a writer, I hold conferences, I plan to have my own tv station where I can host my program/show to impact the married/singles and reach out to a lot of people teaching the gospel. I’m not planning to work under any public or private firm, so if you need such a man its certainly not me, we are worlds apart.

You see! your purpose will define your choice of a spouse, you do not just marry someone you’re also marrying their calling, their passion, their vision, their drive.

Marry someone who can carry the weight and the burden of your vision, marriage is beyond sex and bearing children.

It is disastrous to marry someone who doesn’t show any interest in what you’re called to do.

As you are falling in love with him/her also fall in love with their calling, profession, passion and vision.

You must first discover yourself and your discovery will be the parameter at which you make your marital decision.

I hope this blessed you.
