Microsoft is set to roll out an update for Microsoft teams which will support 250 participants.
The collaborative chat and video based social network only supported a limited number of 100 participants in its previous update.
Due to the impact of covid-19, especially social distancing, the demand to us the app has become very high hence the upgrade for more users.
This current update yet to be rolled out has been appreciated by many already as they look forward for the day it will be available to download.
Microsoft is also putting security measures in place to ensure the easy use of the app by large chat groups and to prevent to many notifications, which can be irritating.
Despite the latest update yet to rolled out, Microsoft still did not add a feature to control the number of people that can join a specific chat.
According to Microsoft, the latest update of Microsoft Teams will be available by the end of the month.
