Nigerian musician, Mr Eazi has advised upcoming musicians to look up to Patapaa as their mentor.

He revealed this in an interview on Joy FM with George Quaye.

The ‘Bankulize’ hitmaker noted that the reason why he has a lot of admiration for Patapaa is that the Swedru-based artist is so determined he does not allow situations around him to deter him when he is taking a step.

He further remarked that he took inspiration from a video where he saw Patapaa perform to just 3 or 4 people with the same energy as if he was performing to over 10,000 people.

“When you see Patapaa recording, there’s this confidence that he’s the best. In his head, he feels he’s better than Jay Z. I’ve watched Patapaa perform to a crowd and it was maybe just 3 or 4 people and Patapaa was performing as if it was 100,000 people”, Mr Eazi stated.
