President Nana Akufo-Addo has shared photos on his official Facebook page which sees him paying a visit to the Ghana Black Stars.

The Black Stars re currently in Addis Ababa training ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia.

Nana Addo wrote that: “On Saturday, 17th November, 2018, I attended the 11th Extraordinary Session of the Assembly of the Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU), being held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Summit is discussing the AU Institutional Reform process, including reform of the AU Commission, the mandate of the AU Development Agency (AUDA), and financing the African Union.

After the end of day 1 of the Session, I visited the Senior National Football team, the Black Stars, in Addis Ababa, where I urged them to go for victory in their 2019 AFCON qualifier against Ethiopia, on Sunday, 18th November.”
