Every choice I make is with intention and I intend to accept the consequences of every choice.

When you work to erase the words “I’m sorry” from your vocabulary… you will become more honest with yourself and others. Instead I say, “I made a bad choice/mistake.” It shows ownership.

Don’t worry what other people say. Focus on you.

Never apologize for who you are. Never apologize to being all that makes you you!, Never apologize for being sensitive, for loving, for refusing to settle, for being different, independent! Hold your head high! Smile, Be kind, loving and love who you truly are.

If you hurt or offended someone an apology may be the best atonement.

The first to apologise is the bravest, the first to forgive is the strongest and the first to forget is the happiest.
