Nipsey Hussle, also known by his stage name Airmiess Joseph Asghedom (August 15, 1985 – March 31, 2019), was an American rapper.

Midway through the 2000s, Hussle, a newcomer to the West Coast hip hop scene, self-released Slauson Boy Volume 1, his debut mixtape, to minor local success.

As a result, he was signed to Cinematic Music Group and Epic Records.

Hussle, who is renowned for his business acumen, launched the Marathon Clothing store in 2017 with partners Carless, Karen Civil, the head of the agency, and his brother Samiel Asghedom.

He also launched a co-working space he called “Vector 90.” Hussle was tragically shot on March 31, 2019, in front of his store in South Los Angeles.

On April 2, 2019, police detained and charged 29-year-old Eric Holder, who earlier that day challenged Hussle, with murder.

Nipsey Hussle cause of death

The rapper was fatally shot on Sunday in Los Angeles’ Hyde Park neighbourhood, which is south of the Crenshaw district, according to several reports.

He was reportedly at his clothes business, The Marathon Clothing. He first established the business in 2017, witnesses claim to have heard several gunshots.
