Museveni says Bobi Wine is not a youth and he also talked about his retirement in his news conference.

Museveni also talked about his scientist finding the anti-corona virus.

According to Museveni, his opponent Bobi Wine is not a youth.

“Youths are age 16-25”- Said Museveni in his news conference after he was reported to have won the just ended Uganda election.

He also talked about African unity and said; “nobody can stop me from talking about African unity”.

He tressed that, he will not accept MPs budgeting their own salary increase in his next government.

Earlier today, his opponent Bobi Wine tweeted that, he and his family have been locked up by military men.

“It’s now four days since the military surrounded our home and placed my wife and I under house arrest. We have run out of food supplies and when my wife tried to pick food from the garden yesterday, she was blocked and assaulted by the soldiers staged in our compound. (ADMIN)”.

He continued; “Everyone including media and my party officials are restricted from accessing me. @ZaakeFrancis was arrested outside my gate as he made his way to my house, he was badly beaten by soldiers. He is now in Rubaga hospital.

Museveni was involved in rebellions that toppled Ugandan leaders Idi Amin and Milton Obote before he capturing power himself in 1986.

The 76 years has since been in power for 35 years now and almost everyone in the world believes it’s finally the right time for Uganda to make some change at the presidency with the fierce challenge given to him by hi opponent Bobi Wine.

However, the president has been re-elected into office, making others wonder if there’s anyone in Uganda capable of unseating the long serving president.
