Former Musiga President and defeated New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary aspirant for Asante-Akim South Constituency, Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly called ‘Obour’, decide to tour registration centres in his constituency to inspect how well the exercise was progressing.

His tour began from July 17 to July 20 after he was satisfied with what he saw as far as registration in these areas is concerned.

Odubi, Obogu, Juaso, Yawkwei, Morso, Krofa, Adomfe, Wenchi, Asankare and Bompata were among the registration centres he toured.

He advised the registrants to observe the COVID-19 protocols as he pledged to throw his support behind President Akufo-Addo and the elected NPP parliamentary candidate for the area, Lawyer Kwaku Asante Boateng in the upcoming elections.

Obour donned an outfit with the inscription ‘Nana Addo Round 2’ boldly embossed on it as he equally went through the registration exercise to have his new voter card.

As we can recall, Obour was beaten in the NPP primaries in the Asante-Akim South Constituency after his premature celebration of victory was halted with the unpalatable news of his defeat.

He has vowed to work harder and come back stronger after four years with a formidable force and message to court the interest of the constituents.
