Member of parliament for North Tongu constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa continues his good works as he donates 200 modern life jackets to the leaders of boat operators in his constituency.
According to sources, the MP earlier launched a project dubbed ‘North Tongu MP’s Safety first Project’. Setting an ambitious target of zero death in his tenure as MP, Ablakwa maintained he is determined to ensure as part of the project, prevent deaths during boat transportation on the Volta river .
This donation was received by leaders at all the 10 crossing points of the Volta river in his constituency.
