Ghanaian musician Okyeame Kwame has reported veteran musician, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley to his lawyers.

The high-life legend was asked to apologize and retract defamatory comments made against Okyeame.

Gyedu in an interview on 3FM said that Obour (Former President of MUSIGA) gave Okyeame Kwame and some other musicians GHS50k worth of loan which they refused to pay back.

This comment from him according to Okyeame Kwame is false, hence, he requires an apology from Ambolley in the next 72hours or else he together with his lawyers would proceed to court.

Okyeame Kwame sharing photo of a letter from his lawyers wrote:

‘I will like to tell my business partners, stakeholders and my fans that Gyedu-Blay Ambolley has perpetrated untrue fabricated lies about my character and reputation. However, my lawyers are handling it. Thank you all for the support.

It is my honest prayer that Gyedu Blay Ambolley, will do the needful which includes but not limited to due diligence, retraction and apology before the 72 hour duration given him.
I hope this scripture will not be true in his case (Proverbs 16:18)?. Hopefully, this will not be a case study for testing the law of the land.”
