She has covered preseason games for the Packers TV Network as a sideline reporter and co-hosted a daily Green Bay Packers training camp web series. As a sideline reporter for FOX Sports South, she has covered Atlanta Hawks games. Kevin Harlan, the play-by-play announcer, and Olivia Harlan, the sideline reporter, were the first father-daughter combo to call an NFL game together. She joined ESPN in 2015. She covers World Team Tennis for CBS Sports in 2019.
Harlan is the youngest child of three siblings. Her husband is professional basketball player Sam Dekker. The pair were named People of the Year by the Sheboygan Press in 2018. She is on the board of directors of the Children’s Cancer Family Foundation.
