Sista Afia known in real life as Francesca Duncan Williams is a Ghanaian-born British Indie rock, Alternative rock, highlife and afrobeat artist.

She gained recognition following the release of her single “Jeje”, which features dancehall artist Shatta Wale and Afezi Perry.
