A Ghanaian Twitter user has compiled a list of all the popular hotspots in Accra where thieves snatch phones from people in cars

His reason is to make us aware of those places so that care can be taken when we find ourselves at those places.

True story, a friend of mine bought a brand-new phone which wasn’t up to 1 week. She was happily pressing it in traffic around Lapaz.

Someone came near the car window exactly where she was sitting. She mistook the person to be one of those street beggars. Before she could say jack, her brand-new phone was snatched away and there was nothing she could do.
