The video is dated back to 2016 and captures President Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo using a similar phrase used by Captain Smart before his arrest on former President John Dramani Mahama.
The video has caused a section of the media and fans of Captain Smart to tag IGP Dampare as being biased.
However, it is very interesting to note that a lot are arguing saying the way Captain Smart delivered his message is what might have called for his arrest.
