President Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo has bragged of the current prices of foodstuffs in Ghana.
According to the first gentleman of Ghana, the current food prices in the country is the lowest in two decades.
He made the statement while addressing at a press conference at the World Economic Forum which is still underway in Davos, Switzerland.
“We have reversed this situation. We are now net exporters of food stuffs again. We have had two bumper harvests in Ghana and in the last two years, we have stopped importing maize, we have cut down on our import of rice,” – He explained.
This will definitely not go down well with him especially from the opposition side.
