Angel Cabonou, the president of the National Association of Graduate Teachers has raised a suggestion for Rastafarians in Ghana who can’t abide by the rules of schools.

He said this when addressing a press conference in Accra on Monday 22nd March 2021, aired on UTV news.

According to his reaction to a decision by the Achimota school not admitting Rastafarians unless they cut off their dreadlocks, he suggested for them to establish their own school if they can’t abide by the rules of a government school.

I dont even know why the Rastafarians dont have their own schools, because they’ve been in this country for a very long time” He said.

Mr. Cabonou finally cautioned them to obey the rules and regulations of the school they wish to attend.
