Raymond Blanc has been married to Natalia Traxel for a long time and has two children, Olivier and Sebastien, with his ex-wife.

However, he was previously married to Jenny Blanc, and the couple divorced after about ten years of marriage.

Blanc is no longer married but is happily in a relationship.

Natalia was born in Russia and graduated from the Medical Academy of Moscow in 1995 with a medical degree.

Traxel is now a nutritionist at Raymond Blanc’s cuisine school, where she teaches online day courses.

Raymond Blanc OBE was born near Besançon, the capital of the Franche-Comté department in eastern France, between Burgundy and the Jura mountains, on November 19, 1949.

He is a chef from France. While Maman Blanc taught Blanc and his two sisters to cook, his father trained Blanc and his two brothers to labor in the kitchen garden.

For his tenth birthday, his father got him a colander and a foraging map, and his mother taught him how to cook what he found.

Blanc is the chef-patron of the hotel-restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, England. The restaurant has two Michelin stars and a Good Food Guide rating of 9/10.
