Rwanda has begun the sharing of food and distribution of electricity to all its citizens as they look forward to a Coronavirus lockdown.

Rwanda is part of the few African countries that have instituted a complete or partial lockdown to contain the spread of the Coronavirus.

These African countries include Ghana, Lesotho, South Africa, and Rwanda. Although Lesotho has not recorded any case of Coronavirus, it has closed all its borders and ports as a preventive measure.

Rwanda is one of the smallest countries in the world in terms of size and population. Rwanda has about 12 million people which is a sizeable number to cater to.

President Paul Kagame is viewed as the most pragmatic African leader in the last decade due to his efforts to see Rwanda rise from the ashes of poverty and lack to the pedestal of hope and adequacy.

Rwanda has recorded 60 cases with no deaths and recoveries and has enforced a lockdown.
