Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo known in the Showbiz circles as Sarkodie has been offline for some time now amidst this trying times of Coronavirus.

He was on his tour when the virus was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation.

A lot of fans have been concerned with the whereabouts of the rapper since he went dead silent. There were even rumours in town that Sarkodie was down with the virus and was receiving intensive treatments.

Well, the father of one has finally broken his silence.

In an Instagram live yesterday, he assured his fans that he’s doing fine.

He cautioned fans to be careful out there taking the precautionary instructions seriously so as not to contract or spread the virus.

Sarkodie talking about what he learnt about this whole total shutdown across the world said, it’s always good to put tomorrow in the hands of God.

Because no one knows tomorrow.

“So when we’re talking and we say God willing, it’s very powerful because we don’t control tomorrow. Like I just…I tweet or I posted about [clears throat] a tour and I didn’t know I was gonna cancel it. You know sometimes we really have to you know take life seriously and see that we don’t control what is about to happen the next day”, he said.

“I pray you guys make it safe”.

The ‘Anadwo’ crooner also sent his heartfelt condolences to all the families who got affected and lost a member of their family.
