The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a strong warning to the public not to engage in any trading activity with Chy Century Heng Yue Group Limited and Sairuir-Commerce Limited.
According to the security agency, the above named establishments have not been licensed to invest or trade as mandated by law as mandated by Section 3 of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929), making it impossible to be regulated.
SEC further advise the general public to be cautious in trading with the two entities or any other unlicensed firms and reassure investors about their dedication to ensure strict rules for operators for the integrity of all markets to be protected.
