An excerpt of Serwaa Amihere’s interview with NDC general secretary, Asiedu Nketiah has been making waves on social media since yesterday.
The interview obviously was about political issues and the award-winning TV presenter asked Mr Asiedu about his view on how NDC members are burning car tyres to make known their displeasures about alleged irregularities in the 2020 elections.
The way and manner in which the veteran politician tackled the question from Serwaa and how she remained mute without probing with other questions made the situation to look as if she didn’t prepare well enough for the interview.

After the video went viral, it got Ghanaians talking on social media. Most comments monitored by Celebrities Buzz shows that people are suggesting that Serwaa Amihere should take up hosting ‘Entertainment Shows’ because she’s not well cooked for interviewing people from the political field.
“Serwaa Amihere is always getting knocked out by politicians! GhOne TV should push her to hosting some entertainment show.”, renowned Ghanaian Blogger, Samuel Clement Enoku wrote on Facebook.
This isn’t the first time that she got silenced on a live TV by a politician. It first happened earlier this year when she interviewed Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.
