Shadow and Bone season 2 is not coming to Netflix in April 2022!
Even though Netflix renewed the popular fantasy show, based on the book series of the same name, by Leigh Bardugo, for a second season all the way back in June 2021, and confirmed that the highly anticipated sequel will return in 2022, fans are still left waiting for the release of Shadow and Bone season 2.
So when could we potentially see the return of Shadow and Bone to our screens with eight new episodes? Find out the latest release date news below!
What’s the Shadow and Bone season 2 release date?
Even though Shadow and Bone season 2 is two months into post-production (as of March 2022), for the moment, Netflix still hasn’t provided an official release date for the new series. However, we do know for a fact, according to IMDb anyway, that season 2 will be with us in 2022.
If, however, Shadow and Bone season 2 follows a similar 13-month production pattern to the first season, fans of the fantasy drama could potentially expect to see the eight new episodes in late fall 2022 or early 2023.
Shadow and Bone season 1 was released in April 2021, after entering post-production in March 2020.
