In accordance with The Cable, the soldier mentioned to have been beneath the affect of “psychotropic substances” with none provocation, opened hearth on the residents of Mafa city in Mafa Native Authorities Space of the state.
“The lifeless our bodies of three individuals have been laying down flat at Mafa presently whereas many individuals sustained gunshot wounds,” a witness mentioned.
About 13 civilians are mentioned to be at present receiving therapy following the gunshot accidents.
It was learnt that the navy authorities have already disarmed and arrested the soldier.
