Okudzeto Ablakwa Sent Shockwaves all over Ghana after officially writing to the Speaker of Parliament in what he described as personal decision to withdraw himself from the Appointment Committee.
The highly rated Politician has been a member of this committee during in the 6th, 7th and now 8th Parliament of the republic of Ghana and has never taken such decision before. Leaving everyone to question the happenings in The country’s parliament house.
In a fresh update, the North Tongu MP reveals he held a meeting with the Speaker of the house and he accepted his decision to resign from the Committee.
“Concluded a fruitful and frank meeting with Rt. Hon. Speaker Alban S.K. Bagbin a while ago.I am enormously grateful to him for accepting my resignation from the Appointments Committee of Parliament”. Ablakwa Wrote
He concluded with a short prayer asking God to show the country mercy and be the guide to every decision to be taken in our quest to become a developed nation. “May the Good Lord show us mercy & guide our steps in the journey ahead. 🙏🏽” he added
