He was been described as a notorious high way robber. Blessing Stephen was a Nigerian ex-convict according to reports.
In a midday news on Adom FM, the notorious rubber in an attempt to escape was gunned down by the police, two others were arrested.
Some notable places of robbery which Stephen was involved include; Prestea highway robbery, Mankessim filling station and bullion van robbery which led to the killing of Policeman.
