Daniel Hernandez, known professionally as Tekashi 6ix9ine, has reportedly been released from federal prison but his whereabouts is currently unknown, according to reports.

According to current government records, Tekashi was released from federal prison on Saturday, September 21. A screenshot of his status based on the Bureau of Prison’s website has been shared online.

A recent photo has also emerged showing Tekashi testifying in court. In the image, Tekashi appears to be wearing a neck brace and this has led people to speculate that he was tortured into snitching on his gang members.

Tekashi 6ix9ine reportedly released from federal prison

Tekashi is currently being held by the feds at an undisclosed location, MTO reports. Once he’s finished testifying, the feds will decide what happens to him next.

Though out of federal prison, the 23-year-old rapper is not yet free, He still faces time in jail for crimes he allegedly committed while a part of the Nine Trey Bloods gang.
