John Mahama says the NDC is not a violent political party and that they hand over power whenever they lose elections. Speaking to natives of Techiman, John Mahama stated that some dealings within the just ended presidential elections point that the NDC have been cheated.
He explained that he had been into governance since 2000 and as a matter of fact knows that the NDC hands over power whenever they lose an election.
To him, the case is being different with the NPP as they allegedly connived with some crooked military officers in collaboration with the EC to cheat his party.
He assured them that his party structures are still investigating the elections and would come to a conclusion soon.
In addition, John Mahama tagged the current EC as the most incompetent of all time.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Mahama, is in the Bono East Capital Techiman to visit families of victims of election-related violence in the Techiman South Constituency.
Mr. Mahama is being accompanied by the NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia; the National Women’s Organiser, Hannah Bissiw; National Chairman Ofosu Ampoffo; the Techiman South Parliamentary Candidate, Christopher Beyere, among others.
