The outbreak of the fearsome coronavirus seem to be demanding more than precautionary measures from us. In view of this, the government gave a directive that the whole country should pray to God on the 25th of March, 2020 for protection and many adhered to this proposal.

However, a twit which was spotted online by a top government associate, critic and relative to the president of the republic of Ghana, Gabby Otchere-Darko is brewing a new set of contrary perceptions against the fasting and prayers.

The twit which was obviously a criticism of the erstwhile administration for adopting same method in the past defeats the purpose for this same government demanding prayers as a solution for a problem in this present time.

In the twit, Gabby wrote that “Can someone please tell the Vice President of Ghana if we wanted to run our country with prayers we would have elected pastors and Imams”https://twitter.com/GabbyDarko/status/689108053778649088…

Should this be enough basis to conclude that, this government is no different from the previous? Have your say..
