Jack Patrick Dorsey was first in Nigeria where he met and interacted with tech folks.

Arriving with other Twitter executives, Dorsey will be in Africa for the whole of November to meet with local entrepreneurs in the continent.
It may be recalled that Dorsey posted a tweet regarding his visit last month — saying Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa are the countries he plans to visit during his time in Africa.
According to a reliable source, Dorsey may meet with some well-known Ghanaian entrepreneurs behind closed doors in the coming days, thus giving rise to a number of speculations on why he is really in Ghana.
