Two criminals arrested for allegedly posing as Rev. Obofour & defrauding people

Some two unlucky criminals have been arrested by the Nungua Divisional Police Command for allegedly posing as Francis Antwi, aka Reverend Obofour.

They are said to be defrauding people with their fake identity across social media.

For sometime now, the Head Pastor of Anointed Palace Chapel, Rev. Obofour has been complaining of people calling him across board revealing that they have sent monies to some people believed to be him.

The suspects are Richlove Tay, 29, a regional supervisor of an oil company, and George Addo, 25, a trader.

They are said to have Bank and mobile money accounts through which their victims pay their monies to.

The Kpeshie Nungua Divisional Police Commander, ACP Francis Tsidi, told Daily Guide that Rev. Obofour is the complainant in the case.

“In order to be sure that the witness has the money, suspect George Addo asked the witness to send him pictures of the money before he can send one of his junior pastors to meet him for it which the witness obliged,” he said.
