According to a recent report sighted on the official website of Star FM Ghana, two members of parliament and thirteen (13) parliamentary staffs are said to have tested positive for covid-19.
The report did not disclose the identities of the people involved but the speaker has demanded a mandatory testing for all workers of the house and members of parliament as well.
This will help conduct a proper contact tracing and also protect those who do not have the virus from contracting it.
Meanwhile, Ghana’s case count from the recent update stands at 6,808 confirmed cases with 32 deaths and 2,070 recoveries
