Most US states punish the sale of alcohol to minors as a misdemeanor.
Anyone convicted of selling or providing alcohol to a minor usually faces a range of penalties.
Well, diminutive Kumawood actor, Don Little, is in the states on vacations.
He happens to have passed by a drinking bar in other to buy something that can make him ‘high’.
But the bartender refused to sell him alcohol because of his size.
Don Little could be heard in the video saying that if they should refuse, he’ll show them his ID card to prove that he’s an old man — not the small boy they’re seeing in his small body.
The bartender however persisted and told Don Little to go to the next store and get himself Pepsi.
“You don’t want to sell it for me? I don’t like Pepsi, I’m not a kid, you know,” Don Little said. Still, he was denied!
