The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson has used an Akan proverb to illustrate a useful point at a UK-Africa Investment Summit 2020 which was held in London. During his submission, he said that there’s wisdom in an Akan proverb that he loves so much and that’s ‘all fingers are not the same’….

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson has used an Akan proverb to illustrate a useful point at a UK-Africa Investment Summit 2020 which was held in London.

During his submission, he said that there’s wisdom in an Akan proverb that he loves so much and that’s ‘all fingers are not the same’.

Mr. Boris used this proverb to explain the fact that all countries can never be the same in terms of development among other things.

“There’s wisdom in these Akan proverbs…all fingers are not the same and all countries are not the same”, he stressed.
