Chief Executive of Ajax Football club has sent some massive compliments to Cristiano Ronaldo on his birthday which could settle the debate on Manchester United’s best ever player in the past two decades.
The football icon nicknamed CR7, celebrated his 36th birthday yesterday 5th February, giving the chance to football lovers across the globe to pour out their thoughts on the player. One that caught the attention of many is his former Manchester United teammate Edwin Van Der Sar.
According to the goalkeeper, Ronaldo is the greatest player he ever played with. The pair played together when Edwin joined the club in 2005 until CR7 departed for Real Madrid in 2009, winning league titles and a champions league title with the English side.
