Stonebwoy yesterday 17th February decided to break his silence on VGMA lifting an indefinite ban on himself and Shatta Wale.
1Gad expressed his disappointment in the organizers inability to meet them to discuss any issue or send them a private statement concerning their status before putting it out to the public.
His comments are a subtle indication that he could boycott the upcoming edition of the industry’s highest award scheme in the country.
A Twitter user believed to be Sarkodie fan but with a profile of Shatta Wale’s Gift of God Album artwork @Efyasarkcess3 jabs him in a harsh manner by claiming Stonebwoy needs VGMA more than they need him.
He also alleges the artist was given several awards he doesn’t deserve and also trying to copy his genre rival Shatta Wale who has already made it know it will take only a proper negotiation for him to be back on the awards platform.
