The then opposition party, NPP In their manifesto promised to introduce Free senior Secondary education should they be Voted into Power in 2016. Reacting to this promise, Mahama in the Video said “I’m saying that Ghana must not introduce free SHS on the whimsical promise of a desperate politician” He also added that many mistakes has been done by other Africans with Free SHS hence Ghana shouldn’t introduce it.
This comes after the NDC flag-bearer few days ago claimed he introduced the much Talked about policy, FREE SHS, sparking debates among Ghanaians over who really implemented the idea.
