When it comes to customer service, actress Yvonne Nelson always stands to receive the very best.

If you don’t treat her right, she’ll sure express her displeasure on social media.

The mother of one has history of blasting Standard Chartered bank for poor customer service.

Talk of organising a demonstration when there was Dumsor during Mahama government.

When Ghana Water Company refused to connect her water pipes about a year back, they also had a fair share of her blasting.

Well, the new company to receive backlash from Yvonne Nelson is Vodafone Ghana.

Yvonne wrote on her Twitter account that the telecommunication company doesn’t care about their customers.

It can’t be told what they did to her but she said after so many years of paying bills, they’re not treating her right so she’s moving on.

She tweeted:

“VODAFONE GH DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! After paying bills for so long! Shame!!!! Moving on to the BEST!”

Vodafone Ghana however reached out to her. They replied:

“Hello @yvonnenelsongh I sincerely apologize for the challenge you are experiencing with our service. Please, we await feedback from the response we shared with you via DM. #HappyToHelp. Sam.”
