Celebrated Ghanaian actress, Nana Ama McBrown has revealed how efforts by industry players to visit he late Bernard Nyarko on his sickbed proved abortive.
This revelation comes to give credence to speculations out there that Kumawood actors and actresses were prevented from visiting Bernard Nyarko when he was alive.
Videos making rounds on the internet show the late Bernard Nyarko lamenting over the abject rejection he suffered from his friends when he became bedridden.
“There are some friends when you tell them you have a problem they don’t pick your calls anymore because they think you are talking about money. Help people when they are alive not at their funeral when they can’t acknowledge it,” he said to the congregation.
Speaking on UTV an Accra-based television station, Nana Ama Mcbrown said they were prevented by the deceased mother to visit him on several attempts.
