In his youth, Schuldt played football for the groups SV Hafen Rostock 61 and SV 47 Rövershagen. In the years that followed, she spent time at the 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam development academy and played 22 times for the B-Junior squad in the B-Junior Bundesliga. She and the Potsdam women won the North/Northeast relay in 2012, 2013 and 2014. After losing to FC Bayern Munich in the semi-finals of the German B-Junior Championship in 2013, she made it to the final in 2014, but she was unable to win because the German B-Junior runners-up won.
When the 2014–15 season began, Schuldt was moved up to FFC Turbine Potsdam’s second team. In the second women’s Bundesliga, she played for them in 66 games through 2019.
