Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, also known as Oxlade on stage, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter who is a currently signed artist to Troniq Music, Epic Records in France, and Columbia Records in the UK. Oxlade was born on April 22, 1997. When “Away,” one of Rolling Stone’s 50 best songs of 2020, was released, he became well-known. In July 2022, Oxlade received the title of the inaugural Pandora Africa’s Next Artist.

Oxlade was raised up by his father and grandmother when his mother passed away while he was only a little child. At Lagos State University, where he was accepted to study history and international relations, his father was a lecturer. Prior to leaving school to pursue his musical career, he did the course for only two years.

The Colors Show features the debut of Oxlade’s newest song, “Ku Lo Sa,” by a singer-songwriter from Nigeria. The performance was posted on the COLORS YouTube channel on June 10.
