Olivia Harlan Dekker (born April 8, 1993) is a basketball sideline reporter for ESPN College Football, NFL on Westwood One Sports, and Big Ten Network. Harlan was born and raised in Mission Hills, Kansas. Her father is play-by-play announcer Kevin Harlan. She has crowned Miss Kansas Teen USA in 2010. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in 2014. She has covered preseason games for the Packers TV Network as a sideline reporter and co-hosted a daily Green Bay Packers training camp web series. As a sideline reporter for FOX Sports South, she has covered Atlanta Hawks games.

She went to ESPN in 2015.
She reported for CBS Sports in 2019 on World TeamTennis. In the year 2020, she was a football reporter for the Big Ten Network.
In 2021, she became a host for BetMGM.
Harlan is the middle child of three siblings.
Her husband is NBA player Sam Dekker. The pair were named People of the Year in 2018 by the Sheboygan Press.
