Where your strength is weak, her strength can be strong, your wife can be a great leader of the family

Men, being the head doesn’t mean that you’re going to be more intelligent than your wife, it doesn’t mean you’re going to be a better manager, a better coordinator or more spiritual than her.

Some of us will definitely marry a woman that will be more intelligent, more spiritual, in fact, wiser than us.

Sincerely, if my wife understands business better than me, I will gladly allow her to lead on that front.

If my wife is more prolific in public speaking, nothing stops me from giving her a platform to coordinate my TV show in the future.

If my wife is more spiritual than me, there’s nothing bad allowing her to lead the morning prayers while I learn from her.

I had to learn this early enough that being the head doesn’t mean I will be the most intelligent among the two of us, being the head doesn’t mean I will have to be the most spiritual among the two of us.

That doesn’t stop me from being the head, the head is the symbol of authority and allowing her lead where my strength is weak doesn’t reduce me.

You will frustrate the ministry of your wife (a helpmeet) when you always try to silence her, women are there to help us and the bitter truth is that some of them are better managers than us, some of them are better coordinators than us, some of them are more financially disciplined than us, some of them will run the business better than us.
