Trent was a member of the Indiana University football team. He was picked in the eighth round of the 1993 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers and went on to play for the Washington Redskins and other teams
He was selected to two Pro Bowls with the Chiefs and won a Super Bowl ring with the Rams in Super Bowl XXXIV against the Tennessee Titans.
Green began his NFL career in 1993 with the San Diego Chargers. Trent was hurt in a preseason game against the Chargers by Rodney Harrison. He also played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, and Miami Dolphins.
Green’s Kansas City career came to an end in the 2006 NFL Playoff Wild Card round against Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts.
Trent was hurt during the game versus Houston and had to leave the game. Houston’s Travis Johnson later compared him to the scarecrow. Following the incident. Travis’ reaction was unforgivable, according to Texans coach Gary Kubiak.
