AMP Capital is a large globe investment manager headquartered in Sydney, Australia. AMP Capital has a member of employees of over 1,300 plus. AMP Capital is ranked among the 10 infrastructure managers globally and is also one of the largest real estate managers in Asia as well as providing commercial, industrial, and retail property management services.

AMP announced a strategic business alliance on December 9, 2011, between AMP Capital and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, a leading Japanese trust bank that provides services to institutions and retail clients across retail and corporate banking, trust assets, real estate, and global markets. AMP Limited repurchased MUTB’s shareholding in AMP Capital in 2020.

AMP Limited entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement to investigate the formation of a joint venture with Ares Management in February 2021.
