Marlon Brando mastered his role as the Vito Corleone iconic to the extent that, his outstanding performance could not be compared to any other personality’s role. He was therefore expected to feature in The Godfather Part II but he vehemently declined. Several sources including Screenrant disclosed that,
” The famous actor, Brando refused to feature in Godfather due to how he was mishandled at the time of the first movie by Paramount. Brando did not consider the praises and accolades the masses were giving him to return to the role but constantly rejected the offer ”. Screenrant recalled.
