Woman Sues Boyfriend For not marrying her after 8 years of Relationship.

A 26 years old woman has dragged his boyfriend to court for not proposing love to her despite spending 8 years in a relationship together.

Gertrude Ngoma, a Zambian National reveals the accused person Hebert Salaliki (28) earlier paid her traditional dowry called Lobola and promised to marry her, a promise that convinced her to have a child with him and move out of her parents house for them to live together.

However things got different between the lovers as Gertrude accused Hebert of cheating on her before dragging him to court in attempt to force him fulfill his marriage promise.

“Your Honor, he has never been serious, that is why I brought him to court because I deserve to know the way forward and my future with him,” Gertrude told the court.

The Accused person admitted promising to marry his longtime partner but insists he couldn’t fulfill that because of financial difficulties. He also added that Gertrude moved out from their place back to her parents and stopped giving him the necessary attention, making communication difficult.

The judge Upon hearing both part of the stories dismissed the suit against Hebert.
